1. Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and templixar (“templixar”, “we”, “us”), the seller operating templixar.com. When you buy a template, you are contracting with templixar.

2. Agreement

By purchasing from, signing up to, or continuing to use templixar.com, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement — if you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. The product

templixar sells digital templates for careers, executives, businesses, portfolios, websites and professional communication. Each product page describes what is included, the formats provided and the software you need to edit the files.

4. Licence and permitted use

Buying a template grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, for as many of your own documents as you need. You may not resell, redistribute or share the template files, publish them in a template marketplace or file-sharing service, reverse engineer their structure for competing products, or claim authorship of the template design itself.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or the templates for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or spam.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of templixar or anyone else.
• Do not interfere with the security of the site — including probing, scraping, introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when buying, and keep your contact details up to date so we can deliver your order.

6. Payment, orders and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions or renewals. Taxes applicable to your order are handled at checkout by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

7. Delivery

Products are digital and delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes. Download links are personal to your order. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address. If a file fails to arrive or arrives damaged, contact us and we will restore delivery.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

templixar retains all ownership of the site, its brand, and the template designs and documents it sells. This agreement does not transfer any ownership to you — only the licence described above.

10. Service availability

The site is provided without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or discontinue products and features at our discretion.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for an order, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Where reasonably possible we will tell you beforehand; where necessary for security or legal reasons we may act immediately. On termination, your licence to use purchased templates for already-delivered files survives, but access to the account area ends.

12. Disclaimers

Templates are provided as-is, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. templixar is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of a template, including hiring, application or business decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, templixar is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the template giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify templixar against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or templates, your breach of these terms, or content you provide to us.

15. Assignment and changes

You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without our consent. We may assign it, including in connection with a merger or acquisition. We may update these terms; the version published here is the version that applies.

16. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
