Digital delivery — nothing is shipped

How delivery works

• You enter your email address at checkout.
• Your payment is processed by a secure payment provider.
• Once the payment is confirmed, your order is created.
• A confirmation email with your download link is sent to that address.
• The same download stays available in your account area.

Timing

Delivery is immediate after a successful payment. There is no shipping, waiting or physical item.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still isn't there, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.

File formats

Each product page lists its formats — typically Microsoft Word, Google Docs, PDF or Figma. No special software purchase is required beyond those listed.
