Purchasing
How does purchasing work?
Choose a template, go to checkout, enter your email and pay through a secure payment provider. Your order is created once the payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card payments through an encrypted payment provider. TEMPLIXAR never stores your card details.
Do I need an account?
No. An email address is enough. An account area is available so you can revisit your orders and downloads.
Delivery & downloading
When do I get my template?
Immediately after a successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
I didn't get the email.
Check spam and promotions folders first, then contact us with the email address you used and we will resend it.
How long is the link valid?
Download links stay available from your account area and can be reissued on request.
Editing
What software do I need?
Microsoft Word or Google Docs for document templates; Figma for design system templates.
Can I change colors and fonts?
Yes. Every template is fully editable, including typography and color.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes — your licence covers unlimited personal use. Resale or redistribution of the files is not permitted.
Refunds & support
What is the refund policy?
Digital products are covered by our refund policy — please read it before purchasing.
A file won't open.
