How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net — the Paddle order lookup — or contact our support team through our contact page with your order email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer. A refund ends the licence to use the refunded template, and its download links stop working.

Delivery problems

If a file never arrives, arrives damaged, or is materially different from what its product page described, contact us first — we will restore or replace delivery straight away, and a full refund applies whenever we cannot resolve it.
